Mackenzie Mckee from Teen Mom 3 shared a photo with her baby daddy and longtime husband and fans were QUICK to notice "a belly!"
However, don't get your hopes up! She tweeted that she isn't pregnant, saying, "Thank you Instagram for informing me I'm pregnant with baby number 4... we are so excited."

Even though the two worked things out, earlier this year they were rocked with a cheating scandal after she was caught texting another man!
When fans thought back in February she was expecting, she tweeted "O goodness sakes no. This girl is spade all the way," she replied to a fan who asked if she was pregnant."
