Mackenzie Mckee from Teen Mom 3 shared a photo with her baby daddy and longtime husband and fans were QUICK to notice "a belly!"
However, don't get your hopes up! She tweeted that she isn't pregnant, saying, "Thank you Instagram for informing me I'm pregnant with baby number 4... we are so excited."
