Teen Mom: Young + Pregnant star Ashley Jones slammed MTV on Twitter after they allegedly threatened to recast her! The mom-of-one isn’t happy with her storyline just like Teen Mom 2 stars Chelsea Houska and Kailyn Lowry.
Ashley, 21, tweeted on March 24, “It sucks to be bound by contract to a company that’s always threatening to recast you every time you refuse to be a damsel in distress, on the couch and crying ???.”
She continued, “Let me move on, damn.”
Ashley later tweeted, “I’m tired of people feeling like they own me.”
Kailyn, 27, went on a similar rant about the network on March 24. Ashley retweeted the TM 2 star after she wrote, “At what point can I stop being portrayed as a bitter baby mama?”

The Young + Pregnant star further backed Kailyn up after she claimed she has way more positive things happening in her life that the network could be airing. “Girl I’m graduating, apartment shopping, traveling and all they want to film is couch conversations about Bar Smith ?. They don’t want you to grow as a person ever,” Ashley wrote to Kailyn.
One troll asked both of the women why they didn’t just leave the network and get better jobs. Ashley slammed them and wrote, “Are you stupid? Do you understand a contract? Do you even realize that almost everyone on this show has another source of income? Probably a bigger source of income that requires way more work than a 9-5 would.”
Chelsea, 27, similarly tweeted on March 19 that she was sick of her baby daddy Adam Lind being talked about so much on the show. “They take every single mention of him over an 8-month period and then combine it to show it every week,” she wrote.
