Teresa Giudice is making sure her former bankruptcy attorney pays for his “negligence” that led her behind bars. But The Real Housewives of New Jersey star’s plan for revenge could backfire on her!
Teresa, who has been serving a 15-month sentence for fraud since January, blames her former bankruptcy attorney James Kridel for her stint in prison because of his “negligence” and “missteps” during the trial.

The attorney told In Touch that the lawsuit could extend her prison stay. “She may not like the line of questioning,” he explained. James added incriminating herself “is possible” when she is deposed in front of a judge.
He also explained how no one is at fault for Teresa’s legal issues but herself. “She didn’t file taxes for 10 years,” he said. “How can that possibly be my fault?”
