From cheating accusations to being sentenced to prison for fraud, Teresa Giudice has had countless reasons to divorce her husband Joe Giudice. After discovering that Joe chose to take a woman out to dinner instead of celebrating his daughter’s graduation, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star is finally ready to walk away from their marriage.

“Teresa is devastated, humiliated and tired of his behavior,” a source told OK! magazine of how the reality star feels after discovering that her husband took a woman out to dinner on the night of Gia’s middle school graduation. “She realizes that he’s been making a fool out of her.”

Although Joe has been accused of cheating on his wife for years, Teresa is finally ready take action now that her daughters Gia, 14, Gabriella, 11, Milania, 10, and Audriana, 5, are starting to understand their father’s actions. “It’s very important to Teresa that her daughters think well of her,” the insider said. “She doesn’t want them to wonder how she could stay with him when he’s doing this to her.”

Before the rendezvous the night of the graduation, Joe was also accused of having an affair when he was photographed out to dinner with a 27-year-old bartender in May. Choosing to spend time with other women, as opposed to his daughters, has Teresa livid. “Teresa has already consulted with a lawyer, and she’s going to file papers as soon as she gets out,” the source said. “Teresa has been plotting revenge. She wants to get out of jail and punch his lights out.”
