Teresa Giudice Pulled Over By Police After Prison Release – Is She Heading Back To The Slammer?
Jan. 20 2016, Updated 1:40 p.m. ET
Teresa Giudice was ready to put her 15-month prison stint behind her – until she got pulled over by the cops! The Real Housewives of New Jersey star was stopped by police following her sister-in-law Melissa Gorga’s January 14 boutique opening only weeks after her release from prison.
On her way home from the New Jersey event, Teresa’s Uber car was pulled over. Although initial reports claimed the mother-of-four violated probation by being out past curfew, an insider confirmed to RadarOnline.com that the claims are untrue.
“This entire event is a non-event,” a source told the website. “Teresa was in no danger of being late. Even if she was, all Teresa has to do is call her probation officer, and explain why she was running late.”

Teresa, 43, has yet to miss her 10pm curfew since being on house arrest. “She would have been in trouble if she was late and hadn’t called,” the insider said. “But is in constant communication with her probation officer.”
The boutique opening was the Bravo’s star first post-prison red carpet event. She told E! News that she’s “feeling great” after the release.
