The Hills: Beginnings star Stephanie Pratt has revealed that the drama with her brother Spencer Pratt has taken a physical toll. During a recent interview, the reality star revealed that she had been hospitalized as a result of their fighting.

While attending the The Hills: New Beginnings premiere in Los Angeles, Stephanie, 33, said the event was bittersweet.
She was “really excited” for the show, but she also admitted that the whole night was “uncomfortable” and filled with unavoidable awkwardness.
"I just haven’t seen Spencer, 35, and his wife Heidi Montag. This might be the first time I see them," she told ET without name-dropping the couple. "The show is just the biggest part of my life right now because it's all so real and every aspect of me is on it."

On her podcast, Pratt Cast, though she never revealed what caused her to fall out with her older brother, she did reveal that the stress landed her in the hospital more than once.
“It's been a few times," Stephanie reiterated on the premiere red carpet, before adding, “I can't get into it right now."
However, she promised that the show will give viewers a bigger insight into what went down her with her family. “I'm trying to reconnect with them because it's been like eight years of being estranged,” Stephanie said.
“You'll see that kind of happen, and then you might see us get on or you might just see us literally go to hell,” she added.
