Tori Spelling And Dean McDermott Downsize Their Home Again Amid Financial Issues – How Low Did They Go This Time?

Seventh time’s a charm? Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are moving into a new home for the seventh time in five years amid their financial troubles.

So long, Calabasas! The family said bye to their rental home in Kardashian country for a new abode in Encino. The family of six lived in the Calabasas house for only six months.

But the Encino home isn’t shabby, as it boasts five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a pool for $7,500 a month. The home also features a large yard for Liam, 8, Stella, 7, Hattie, 4, and Finn, 3, to play in!

The reality star is downsizing because of her growing debt. “The entire situation is just very sad because Tori wants to be working, but there just isn’t a lot being offered to her,” the source said. “Tori is very impulsive and the reason the family is in such a bad financial situation is because of the bad deals made from the sale of their past houses.”

The move is also affecting their children. “Any friends they have made in the neighborhood are gone with each move,” the source said.

American Express recently filed a lawsuit against the actress for failing to pay over $38,000 in charges. “Dean wants Tori to file for bankruptcy because there are other credit card companies that are owed money to,” the source revealed. “But Tori refuses to even discuss the possibility of bankruptcy. She would rather just live in denial.”
