The Vanderpump Rules season 8 trailer dropped on Thursday, November 7 and it's packed full of drama and some new faces! Stassi Schroeder's fiancé Beau Clark and James Kennedy's girlfriend Raquel Leviss have been officially added to the cast, as well as newcomers Brett Caprioni, Charli Burnett, Danica Dow, Dayna Kathan, and Max Boyens.
Lisa Vanderpump, 59, introduced the clip and hinted at tension within the group of SURvers. "I don't even know where to start. This was years of friendship that I thought would last forever. Suddenly everything kind of turned upside down. It's great to have new faces, but their problems seem as complicated as their predecessors," she said.
In one scene, Jax Taylor and best friend Tom Sandoval engage in a heated argument. "The only person I'm having a problem is you," Jax told Tom. "Do you even know me? Do you even f***ing know me dude?" a visibly upset Tom responded. Katie Maloney-Schwartz and Kristen Doute are also at odds. "You're being an obnoxious person right now," Katie told Kristen at a dinner. "You're just a b***h to me all the time," Kristen fired back.
Dayna and Max find themselves navigating a new romance. "So you're not exclusively dating this girl?" Dayna asked Max while holding up a picture on her phone. "I'm interested in you," Max insisted.
Fans can expect to see some big life moments play out this season. Jax and Brittany are busy planning their lavish Kentucky wedding, Stassi gets engaged to Beau, Kristen stresses over complicated relationship with boyfriend Brian Carter, and Lala moves in with fiance Randall Emmett and begins building their life together.
As OK! readers know, the new cast members all have ties to the group. Max is the general manager of TomTom restaurant, Danica is the assistant manager at SUR, and Charli, Dayna, and Brett are servers at the famed West Hollywood eatery.
Vanderpump Rules returns Tuesday, Jan. 7 at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
