It’s been a while since Kim Kardashian graced us with her presence post-birth and in her first selfie since Saint West was born, the reality star is looking quite different, leaving fans to wonder if she’s undergone plastic surgery.
Kim, 35, posed in photos with her sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Kylie Jenner in the bathroom at Kanye West’s new album listening party and aside from this being her first official selfie, Instagram commenters called out the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star for her new appearance.
“Lordy Kim! Only a few surgeries away from looking like Michael Jackson.. get some help not more surgery,” one user wrote.

OKMagazine.com reported that Kardashian, who gained 60 pounds during her second pregnancy, was planning to go under the knife after having her son in a full body makeover plan.
“Kim never got down to her goal weight after she had North.” a source told RadarOnline. “She never lost all the weight, so now she will do whatever she has to do to get back to that number.”
