Tyra Banks had a minor wardrobe malfunction while hosting the first night of Dancing with the Stars.
Towards the end of the two-hour live episode, the model made her way out to the ballroom wearing a huge red gown and accessories — but a statement piece had gone missing!

"I just lost an earring," Banks said after contestants Nelly and pro partner Daniella Karagach completed their salsa routine. "I promised everybody that I'm going to keep it real real." Making light of the situation, she passed the other earring off to judge Carrie Ann Inaba to even out her look.
Banks has taken over the hosting duties from Tom Bergeron and co-host Erin Andrews, and is also serving as the show's producer.
BANKS BACKLASH: STARS DON'T WANT TO DANCE WITH TYRA
“I’ve been a fan of 'DWTS' since its beginning ... the fun mixed with raw emotion, seeing celebrities push past their comfort zones, the sizzling dance performances ... it’s always transported me to my days of turning it up 10 notches on the catwalk,” she said when the announcement was made.

Banks also shared her excitement with Good Morning America. “I like breaking these doors down so that we don’t have any more firsts," she said, "but it’s nice to be first so that you can open that door and let so many people in after you.”
We are sure that losing a huge red earring on the first episode wasn’t one of the “firsts” Banks had in mind.
