That "Sexy Nurse" costume from your sophomore year of college may be the only quick getup you've saved from Halloweens of years past, (you've probably donned it six times since!) but don't ignore that Tory Burch trench coat in your closet that is actually screaming for more attention—and yet another use!

But with either choice, George Kotsiopoulos will probably be pleased.

OK! Magazine: What are some quick costumes you can pull together last minute from things you already own?

George Kotsiopoulos: A chic trench coat, fedora, and sunglasses make for a great spy. Your favorite LBD can become a French maid by adding a little apron, Audrey Hepburn from Breakfast at Tiffany's with some opera gloves and pearls, or a chic witch by adding a pointy hat. A black leotard and tights becomes a kitten with some ears and whiskers, or a devil with red horns and a tail. Punk is a huge fall trend so find anything plaid, tartan, vinyl, leather, denim and just add chains and safety pins.

OK!: How can you take an office workwear outfit to a happy hour ensemble in a pinch?

GK: Plan ahead and wear something "convertible" like a chic pantsuit with a sexy top underneath that can be revealed. But if you are headed to an after-hours work event, be festive but remain professional. Don't show too much skin and be especially careful about cleavage. You want to dress flattering yet still be taken seriously.

OK!: What's your favorite Halloween memory?

GK: I wore a real sailor outfit that I got at the army/navy surplus store, and it just kept getting smaller and smaller each year. I literally kept taking it in and gradually revealing more skin, removing the sleeves one year then making the pants shorts the next. It was ridiculous.

OK!: What Halloween trend is overdone?

GK: Any profession or title and placing the word "sexy" before it.  It's overdone, but I'm not necessarily complaining about it.

OK!: What do you want to be for Halloween and what are you expecting to see a lot of this year?

GK: I am going to be a green "red carpet" alien for our Midori party and someone else on our yearly Fashion Police Halloween special, but that is a surprise! I expect to see many, many Mileys roaming about in all her incarnations.
