In her critically-acclaimed new film August: Osage County, Julia Roberts’ character sports a pared down, bare-faced look. For the movie’s New York premiere, the Lancome Ambassadress (how’s that for a title?) stunned with a subtle, but glamorous look consisting of a soft, smokey eye paired with a nude lip and glowing rosy cheeks.

“I wanted to give the lips an almost bare look, with just a little color, so I mixed two shades together: a neutral brown and a light pink,” says makeup artist Genevieve Herr.

To create a flawless canvas, Genevieve used   Lancôme Teint Miracle foundation and applied Lancome Blush Subtil in Rose Fresque to her cheeks.
