Celebrity makeup artist Mai Quynh wanted to give Reese Witherspoon a modern, fresh and polished look for the Toronto International Film Festival screening of her movie Devil's Knot. Inspired by the amazing green Jimmy Choo shoes and Jason Wu gown Reese donned for the event, we think Mai created the perfect palette for the actress. Here she reveals how to achieve the look:

Face

Lips
Line your lips using Laura Mercier Lip Pencil in Warm Poppy ($22) and then apply Laura Mercier Crème Lip Colour in Tangerine ($24) to create the bold pout.

Eyes
Apply Laura Mercier Caviar Stick Eye Colour in Sand Glow ($26) to eyelids, from the lash line to the crease, and then blend upwards.
Apply Laura Mercier Illuminating Eye Colour in Fire Glow ($24) on the crease of the eyes and fade the color up towards the brow bone. Then, smudge both the Illuminating Eye Colour and Caviar Stick Eye Colour along the bottom lash lines using the Laura Mercier Smudge Brush ($24).
For added depth, smudge Laura Mercier Matte Eye Colour in Truffle, ($23) along the top lash line.
Finally, use Laura Mercier Eye Brow Pencil in Fair Blonde ($22) to define brows.
