I have to be honest, I love a good matte lipstick for the following reasons: great pigment quality, long-lasting effects, looks amazing in photos...BUT the one bummer is it's usually dry, dry, dry! No one likes to go in for a kiss and feel like their pout is seriously devoid of moisture, which is why I'm pumped about Givenchy's new semi-matte lipstick collection: Le Rouge. Not only is it super creamy, but it stays on (and on) all day!

Both Debby Ryan and Kristen Wiig rocked bold lips at the Kids' Choice Awards this past weekend and I have to give them major beauty bonus points because their color choices are seriously on trend for spring. Debby's fuchsia tone was stunning next to her warm auburn 'do and Kristen's poppy coral hue brightened up her whole face.
