Instead of a patent leather pair, Anne Hathaway took espadrilles out for a spin. These babies are the heart and soul of weekend wear, pairing perfectly with a darling summer dress or dark denim skinnies. We can't expect Anne to wear high heels all the time. This isn't The Devil Wears Prada or anything, and as long as Miranda isn't around, she should stick to the comfort.
