Stealing Her Thunder! 'Bachelor’ Couple Arie Luyendyk Jr. & Lauren Burnham Announce Wedding Date One Day After Becca's Engagement News
Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Lauren Burnham are ready to say, “I do!”
While appearing on The View on Wednesday, May 23, the engaged Bachelor couple revealed they have locked-in a wedding date and venue.
“We are very excited to tell you guys … We’re getting married in Hawaii on January 12th next year,” Lauren dished.
“It’s in Maui,” Arie added. “It’s at Haiku Mill which has this beautiful, old world feel with a lot of vines and greenery. It’s not your typical beach wedding.”
However, it won’t be a beach wedding Bachelor fans will get to see on their television screens.
“It’s a private wedding,” Arie confirmed. “So not on TV, just a close group of friends. Probably 100 guests.”
The couple's announcement came just one day after Arie's ex-fiancee, Becca Kufrin, revealed she got engaged on her upcoming season of The Bachelorette.
As OK! readers know, Arie called off his engagement to his season’s winner, Becca, to date Lauren, his runner-up. He then proposed to Lauren on the After The Final Rose special.
