OK! Exclusive: Bill Rancic Talks Plan With Wife Giuliana To Move To Chicago And Work Less: ‘Our Priority Is Raising Our Son’
Bill and Giuliana Rancic’s marriage has overcome its share of obstacles. From the Fashion Police star’s infertility issues to her bout with breast cancer, hurdles that could’ve ended the couple’s relationship only made it stronger. In an exclusive interview with OKMagazine.com, Bill explains how the couple emerged from the hardships and how they’re planning to work less after their move to Chicago.
"We’re in love and that’s pretty important,” Bill told OKMagazine.com. “We laugh a lot and we’ve used those difficult times in the infertility and breast cancer to strengthen our marriage and we didn’t let it pull us apart. I always say, tough times don’t last, but tough people do and the same goes for a marriage."
Hoping to leave all of their struggles behind them, the married couple of eight years is gearing up for a move to Chicago in August for their 3-year-old son Duke.
“We thought it was a great city to raise our son,” the former Apprentice star said. “It’s centrally located so certainly for us it’s easier to get to different places in the country. It made more sense for us to do the commuting rather than our son Duke to do the commuting.”
Since Giuliana works in California for E! News and Fashion Police, Bill explained that the couple plans to “work less.”
“Our priority is raising our son and making sure we raise a good, hard-working, honest young man,” the restaurateur said. “We’re going to do everything we can to do that and make sure he’s happy.”

Although the businessman vows to cut down on working, he's teaming up with QuickBooks for National Small Business Week to help promote the importance of small businesses.
“We are helping small businesses get access to capital,” he explained. ”We’re launching a campaign called “Small Biz, Big Game.”
He added of the competition, “We’re going to award one small business a fully paid, fully produced commercial that’s going to run during the biggest football game of the year. We want as many small businesses to register because one of these small business is going to have an opportunity of a lifetime.”
