Chantelle and Arzo's feud continues on this week's episode of Blood, Sweat and Heels, and in true Bravo fashion, the girls rehash their issues over—what else?—a group lunch. Last week you might remember that Chantelle called Arzo an "afghan hound" in response to Arzo's negative reactions to Geneva's arrest, and this week, Arzo tells her she was insulted by her seemingly racist remark, since Arzo is from Afghanistan.

"It wasn't about your race, darling. It was about your face," Chantelle says of her comment, also explaining that her intent was to call her a dog, regardless of breed. Ouch!
