When Jennifer Aniston cuts her hair, the world is put on pause. While our planet doesn't stop turning, it certainly feels like it. Plus, we have a feeling all those hair stylists out there are readying themselves for a massive shift in salon requests. "The Rachel" hasn't been the "It" cut for quite sometime, but could the style of the new year possibly be Jen's new 'do?

But despite all of us fussing over her new hair, (which apparently is devine!) we forgot to obsess over another one of Jennifer's recent beauty decision. She got another piercing! It's true, and it looks pretty damn awesome.

Still dying for more info about the cut and color? Her actual colorist Michael Canalé spoke on on the process.

"First, I had to remove the warm colors from the top section of her hair, and I really made a point to emphasize extra blonde around her face and along the sides—about a quarter inch in from the hairline so it blended fluently with the rest of her hair," explains Michael.

Although Jennifer is known for a beachy, sunkissed color, that wasn't a factor in the new look. "To maintain femininity and accentuate her natural beauty, we went for more of a baby blonde color as opposed to the sandy blonde color that she came in with," Michael says.

Want the look? Michael offers some tips for achieving the fab color: "I recommend paper-thin highlights all-over, which add a gorgeous, natural-looking sheen, and it also ensures you aren’t over-bleaching hair that’s already parched."
