Heather Locklear Heads To The Hospital After Battery Arrest Landed Her In Jail
Sources have confirmed that Heather Locklear is back in the hospital hours after being released from jail for attacking a cop and EMT.
Radar Online broke the story that the former Melrose Place actress was back behind bars only one week after she was held on psychiatric hold for three days.
Ventura County Sheriff deputies first responded to a “disturbance” at her Westlake Village, California home after 6:00 PM on Sunday, June 24th. They returned when a second call happened after 11:00 PM. She was reportedly “extremely intoxicated” and engaged in a fight with a boyfriend or friend when police arrived.
“They tried to separate her from the argument, and when they stepped in, she battered the deputy,” Officer Beckett told Radar. “She punched him in the chest and stomach.” She was booked and charged with two counts of battery after the incident and was held on $20,000 bail. Radar reported that she was released from prison at 9:15 AM PST on Monday.
Now sources have revealed that she is back in the hospital and will be undergoing another psychiatric evaluation. She is reportedly going to UCLA Hospital for this, where she will be detoxing as the doctors there try to accurately figure out what’s going on with her.
