Demi Lovato learned many valuable lessons while she went through her three-month stay in a rehabilitation center for depression, bi-polar disorder, and bulimia. But the biggest lesson Demi learned was who her true friends were. Demi explained to Company magazine that when she turned her phone on after rehab, she was expecting a ton of missed calls and text messages from friends who were concerned about her. Instead, she only had four messages, and she realized who was really there for her.
