Did Josiah Duggar and Lauren Swanson Go On An Unchaperoned Date?
Where’s the chaperone? Josiah Duggar and Lauren Swanson have some explaining to do.
For the engaged couple’s recent outing, it looked like they may have been traveling without a necessary chaperone.
On Thursday, June 28 Josiah shared photos from his and Lauren’s trip to Silver Dollar City.
“On second thought, it is a little warm out to be wearing a 3-piece suit! #silverdollarcity,” Si captioned the post, which featured only him and Lauren putting their faces in an old school faceless painting.

As Duggar fans know, the conservative family requires that all non-married couples have chaperones accompany them on any and all outings.
Josiah’s Instagram post also which featured a second photo of the two aboard a tram holding pizza boxes and no chaperone is seen there either.
This isn’t the first time the couple was spotted possibly breaking Duggar rules.
Before the two announced their engagement in March they were photographed cozying up, and possibly kissing, while on a Duggar family vacation in New Zealand.
