What Is His Sentence? Kanye was sentenced to two years probation, which includes 250 hours of community service, anger management counseling, and he must pay for the broken camera equipment.

Will This Affect Him Legally? The city attorney did not make Kanye plead guilty and he will be able to maintain his innocence legally.

How Does The Victim Feel? The victim is not happy—He believes that Kanye should go to jail and claims that West used the incident to promote his album, Yeezus.

Either way, Baby North won't be visiting her father in jail anytime soon.
