This kid just cannot stay out of trouble! Today Chris Brown, 24, was ordered to stay in jail without bail until a formal hearing on April 23rd. Here's what you need to know about the situation:
1.) Chris Brown has been serving a 5-year probation sentence stemming from his 2009 beating of then-girlfriend Rihanna. He's been in and out of court ever since for various violations, the latest because he allegedly punched a man on a sidewalk near the White House in October. Following that arrest he voluntarily went to rehab, only to get kicked out a few days later for throwing a rock through his mother's car window after a family session-gone-wrong. He was sentenced to 90 days in another rehab facility, which he completed last month, but was ordered to stay there until his hearing on April 23rd.
2.) On Friday, Brown was kicked out of his Malibu rehab facility for violating at least three rules including touching a woman's elbows and hands, refusing to submit to a drug test, and perhaps most shocking of all, saying "I'm good at using guns and knives" during a morning reflection session.
3.) While many are reporting that Brown was caught simply "touching elbows" with a female or two, MediaTakeout.com is reporting that is was actually way more salacious—According to the site, Brown was caught having a threesome with two female patients AND had inappropriate relations with a female on staff at the rehab facility. Cue shocked emoji face!

4.) The reason Brown is going back to jail instead of rehab? In the court room video above, the judge can be heard stating, "I have concerns about the defendant's ability, or inability, to stay out of trouble pending the formal hearing."
Here's to hoping CB can get his personal life in order.
