The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star grabbed a bite to eat with a friend on Feb. 27 in Los Angeles following her trip to London. Kim rocked a long black coat with a fur collar over a black top and skirt during dinner.

The same weekend, Kim partied the night away with sister Khloe Kardashian to celebrate Ryan Seacrest’s belated 40th birthday in Napa, Calif!
