And tonight, E! will air its exclusive sit down with the new Mrs. and her family and friends to talk about everything from her fashion empire to her rise to fame on Laguna Beach and then The Hills.

"It was really like holding your breath for a really long time and I finally just got to exhale. It was nice," Lauren says of her life after filming.
