Luann De Lesseps Curses Out A Police Officer In A Shocking Video Of Her Arrest
The footage from Luann de Lesseps’ arrest in December has been revealed, and it is not pretty. Last Christmas Eve, The Real Housewives of New York was arrested in Palm Beach, Florida after trespassing in a hotel room with an unidentified man and then refusing to leave. She them kicked at least one police officer, according to reports, and was eventually placed in handcuffs.
The 52-year-old was charged with disorderly intoxication in addition to battery on an officer and resisting arrest.
In the shocking footage, which surfaced on Monday, Luann continuously says, “Let me out please, I’ve done nothing wrong. I’ve done nothing wrong, my love.”
The police officer yells, “Stop resisting.” As her friends try to calm her down, she gets more rowdy, and at one point angrily yells, “Don’t touch me! I’m gonna kill you! I will kill you!”
After her arrest, Luann went to rehab and afterwards revealed she’s done drinking. She told People, “Everybody around me says, 'Luann, you’re not an alcoholic.' I don’t know if I am or not," she admitted.

"All I know is that not drinking works for me right now. Will I drink again? I don’t know. I miss good red wine. Not to say that I’ll never have good red wine again. Who knows where we’ll all be tomorrow. For today, that’s the choice that I’m making for myself."
