Justin Bieber hasn't been having a great 2013 so far. After a roller coaster week in London, a called off concert in Portugal and harsh criticism from Olivia Wilde, Justin wanted to clear the air about what has been going on with him. In a long rant on his Instagram account, the 19-year-old singer took a jab at Lindsay Lohan , saying that those who were comparing him to her needed to, "look at her 2012 tax statements." Yikes! Justin has since removed the post and replaced it with a message he really wanted to convey, but knew he needed to apologize for what he said.
