Tonight's episode of Teen Mom 2 is a special one. Not only will this be the first episode, possibly in the show's history, that Jenelle Evans won't be fighting with her boyfriend or her mom, we'll also finally see Jenelle give birth to her second child! Yes, Kaiser's birthday is here!

Of course Nathan is by her side as is Barbara, who's quite the coach through the pushing process.
