Kristen Bell hosted the CMT Awards last night, and her opening sequence was super star-studded, including cameos from Sean Hayes, Cheryl Hines, Tom Arnold, and even her hubby Dax Shepard! But the best part? About 4 minutes into it, Florida Georgia Line and Luke Bryan appear in an elevator where they're faking a "fight" much like Solange and Jay Z's. Too soon?
