Derek Hough has been giving his biggest fans and followers the run around by not quite saying if he will be returning for another season of Dancing with the Stars—until now! Derek revealed via Twitter that he will indeed be returning for season 16 of DWTS. And from the looks of his Instagram picture, it looks like country sweetheart, Kellie Pickler, will be his partner!
