Ben Flajnik Slated to Be the Next 'Bachelor,' Reports Say

Looks like The Bachelor franchise will be sticking to their routine of picking the next star of The Bachelor Ben Flajnik, the 28-year-old winemaker from Sonoma, Calif. who was the runner-up on Ashely Hebert's season of The Bachelorette, will have another shot of love.

The official statement form the network won't be made until the Sept. 12 episode of the Bachelor Pad, but Entertainment Weekly confirms ABC’s plan is to have Ben as the next Bachelor!

Both Ashley and her winning man J.P. Rosenbaum are pulling for one of the eligible men from their season of the hit franchise to be the next Bachelor!

Ashley endorsed her almost-hubby Ben — who she had to dump on the day of her proposal after he already got down on one knee — to be The Bachelor because “girls have loved him.”

“I also think Ryan Park and Ames Brown would be good,” she explained. “Any of those guys would be great and we would love to watch any of them.”
