Charlie Sheen‘s current media bender has captivated the American public, so much so that TLC has ordered an hour-long documentary entitled Charlie Sheen: On the Brink.
The special will include news footage and interviews from the 45-year-old actor’s recent infamy in the media as well as stories from his childhood, Entertainment Weekly reports.
The star was officially fired from Two and a Half Men last week and has since sued creator Chuck Lorre and Warner Brothers for $100 million.
TLC released that the program will “blend news footage with all-new original interviews” as well as explore “Sheen’s erratic and unpredictable behavior from the perspective of the media who have covered him, and addiction and behavioral specialists.”
Charlie Sheen: On The Brink is produced in association with NBC News and airs March 20 at 10 p.m. on TLC.
