When it comes to Charlie Sheen and the press, there's no telling what's going to happen!

Yesterday, Charlie hosted an impromptu interview with reporters at the back lawn in Pasadena, Calif., as he attended an all-star party hosted by Fox. He mostly talked about his new show Anger Management on FX, but also addressed his recent Twitter snafu — what happens when you accidentally Tweet your personal phone number to Justin Bieber and it goes to millions of followers? OK! NEWS: CHARLIE SHEEN SHARES PHOTO FROM HIS MODERN FAMILY VACATION WITH DENISE RICHARDS "I'm still mystified by it," he recalled. "It was all nuts. It got unwieldy the other night when my tweetmaster put my phone number on the internet." So, how many texts and calls did the former Two and a Half Men star get? "I got 491 texts in 31 minutes. I got 220 phone calls." And yes, in case you're wondering, he actually called one person back! He revealed, "Um, well there was one text that was really mean and I called the guy back. He said all this stuff like, 'I hope you get cancer.' And I said, 'Hey man, it's Charlie Sheen, talk to me' and then just click. Then I tried calling him back three times because I was pissed at the guy." OK! NEWS: CHARLIE SHEEN TWEETS PHONE NUMBER TO MILLIONS OF FOLLOWERS INSTEAD OF JUSTIN BIEBER Sounds like maybe that guy needs some anger management therapy, ideal for Charlie's new show! Charlie's character has an ex-wife, a 13-year-old daughter and two therapy groups. "Charlie will be a very non-traditional therapist, and he takes his patients out into the field. This is a show about how all of this affects Charlie's life." Mentioning it really is "an organic blow, it's a back and forth" about how it affects Charlie, there won't be intentional references to his personal life. Not directly, anyway. "I mean, obviously there are aspects you can't avoid." The new show is in its casting stages but as much as he moves forward with his life, the press simply had to look at the past: What was last year's implosion all about? Charlie told reporters, "It was a lot about what had been going on all those years on the set, and it was also about the pressure cooking of thirty years in the business. I finally said all the things I wanted to say at once, and it created a tsunami of effects, but one of the reasons I pushed it was because I knew I was right. I was absolutely right in my stand...." OK! NEWS: PATRICE O'NEAL, COMEDIAN & CHARLIE SHEEN ROASTER, DIES AT 41 "Right about what they had done wrong versus what I had done, as far as who was in breach. That's why I pushed it so hard, because I knew there was victory at the end."  Now that the dust has settled, he told OK! he's not glued to the TV set to watch Two and a Half Men. "I don't watch it that much. From what I've seen I thought it was pretty good, but it's a different show and I sort of looked at their first one as a pilot for a new show." Considering Ashton Kutcher's personal life has taken a turn to more of a bad boy image since taking over his role, Charlie mentioned, "Was that a plan of his? I was impressed, it was like, 'Hey man, make it colorful!' " As for advice he would give Ashton, the father of five mentioned, "I don't know the man well enough to offer him advice. I just wish him well and I hope it all ends peacefully." Reporting by Gena Oppenheim
