It’s been almost three months since the death of Cory Monteith in July, and shortly after his body was found, the public found out that the cause of the Glee star’s death, 31, was due to a “lethal mix of heroine and alcohol.” But now, even more truths surrounding his sudden passing have emerged, and it’s even sadder than we thought.

People.com reports that when Cory’s body was found in a Vancouver hotel on July 13, his body was surrounded by two champagne bottles and a few glasses. Also in his room was a used hypodermic needle and a spoon with drug residue on it. So sad!
