The makers of Lindsay Lohan‘s next movie, the controversial biopic of porn star Linda Lovelace, say they will halt production until the actress is ready to work again.
Matthew Wilder, the writer and director of Inferno: A Linda Lovelace Story, says “We are proud to have this remarkable artist work on our film,” reports ET Online.
He will hold production until Lindsay has served her 90-day prison sentence, followed by a 90-day stint in rehab, maintaining that the film is “100 percent behind Lindsay.”
Meanwhile, Lindsay is in negotiations to star in The Dry Gulch Kid and should she choose to accept the role, producer Kerry Wallum says: “We’re behind her. We’ll wait until this all blows over.”
