Sounds like Rihanna may have buyer's remorse; the pop singer paid $6.9 million for a Beverly Hills house two years ago that led her to sue Prudential California Realty and a few companies that designed and inspected the home. Find out more after the jump!

Rihanna claims the house has serious structural defects as noted by The Huffington Post. In fact, the lawsuit claims there's no way she would have paid that amount in 2009 if the problems were brought to her attention up front. For instance, after a rainstorm in early 2010 water leaked into a few rooms from a balcony that didn't have the proper slope and drainage.

The lawsuit indicates the home is "unhabitable." Plus, it indicates the Landmark Design Group, the company that remodeled the home, didn't make the proper repairs. Landmark couldn't be reached for comment as per the Huffington Post, and the Prudential spokesperson indicated their company doesn't comment on lawsuits that are pending.

As noted by TMZ, Rihanna claims she was duped because "the actual value of the property at the time of purchase, taking into consideration the extensive construction defects ... was millions of dollars less" than the price she paid for it.
