Every year before the Oscars, the nominees attend a luncheon and chat with press about the role they played that won the attention of the Academy and this year all the big names were on hand including Jennifer Lawrence, Bradley Cooper, and Amy Adams.
Ben Affleck who was snubbed for Best Director for his drama Argo seemed happy just to be a part of the annual tradition and joked to the press.
He said, "Part of me, when I get around these people, I feel like I should be doing an audition or something. It's really exciting. There's a lot of people who were part of this process who didn't get nominated for Best Picture that I still want to work with that I think are amazing; Paul Thomas Anderson is one example. So this is an incredibly rich, robust group of filmmakers, and I'm just happy to be rubbing elbows with them."
Zero Dark Thirty star Jessica Chastain confessed, "most little girls dream about their wedding dresses, but I always dreamed about my Oscar dress." And although the countdown to the big day is getting closer and closer, Jessica still hasn't decide what she's going to wear yet.
Anne Hathaway is up for Best Performing by an Actress in a Supporting Role for her role as Fantine in Les Miserables also said she hasn't made the final decision as to what she's going to wear to the Oscars.
"It was the Super Bowl, I couldn't think about dresses with all that fried food around."
