Britney Gets Restraining Order Against Stalker

No more documentary on Britney Spears for awhile, at least not for accused trespasser/stalker Miranda Tozier-Robbins, who was handed a temporary restraining order that requires she stay 100 yards from Brit and her home in Calabasas, Calif.
E! News reports that the 26-year-old woman, who once tried out for American Idol and was caught outside Brit's home in April, will be arraigned on two misdemeanor charges in a week. While she said she'd defend herself, the judge advised her not to enter a plea until her hearing.

As for the film she was shooting at the time police arrested her outside Britney's home—footage she was going to use for her "documentary" on paparazzi and stars— Tozier-Robbins won't know for a week whether or not it will be returned. The judge is still deciding.
Upsetting news for the peeper, as she told reporters, "I don't talk for free," on her way out of the courthouse.
Britney's staying far away from the proceedings as she's still on her Circus tour in the UK.
