Teen Mom 2 Recap: The Girls' Most Heartbreaking Moments From The Season 5 Finale
The season 5 finale of Teen Mom 2 was 90-minutes long and extra emotional, and so we had to do something special. We gave @BabsEvansMTV the night off, and are instead recapping with each of the girls' most heartbreaking moments from the finale. Cue the waterworks:
OK! Exclusive: Kailyn Lowry Teases the Teen Mom 2 Reunion Show!
OK! News: Are The Teen Mom Dads Filming an MTV Special?!
Chelsea Houska takes her aesthetician exam (with her supportive BFF, Chelsey with a "y'", as her makeup guinea pic), but the episode ends without us finding out if she passed the test. But we do find out that despite the current custody agreement, Aubree prefers being with her mom than being with Adam or Grandma Donna (his mom), so there's that.
Chelsea's heartbreaking moment: Even though they're not together, Chelsea finding out about the car accident that Adam was in where his car burst into flames must've been rough. Her response? "I was like OMG he's like, dead!" Thankfully he's just fine, and this can only mean good things for Chelsea's custody argument for the future. Stay tuned...
Teen Mom 2 Recap: Nathan Gets Pulled Over for a DUI
Kailyn Lowry is adjusting to life as a mom of two, and gets sad that she can't spend as much time with Isaac anymore. She's also not too thrilled to find out that Jo got a new apartment with Vee where Isaac will be staying on the weekends (since Jo's parents are separated and selling their house). But then, to complicate matters even more, we find out at the end of the episode that Isaac has been calling Javi Daddy! Yikes.
Kailyn's heartbreaking moment: When Isaac goes upstairs to his room at Jo's parents, he cries in sadness that his room is gone and the only thing that remains is a stuffed bunny. Luckily he quickly recovers when he finds out that all his toys and his bed were moved to Jo's new place, but seriously, poor little guy!

Leah Messer, along with Jeremy, Corey, Miranda, and Leah's mom, take Ali to her doctor's appointment where they finally get a definitive answer from their doctor—Ali has a Titin gene mutation, which only 20 other people (all adults) in the entire universe suffer from. They don't know what the future holds for their daughter or what to expect, but Leah and Corey are thrilled to finally have some answers. And so are we.

Leah's heartbreaking moment: When Leah is getting Ali dressed and ready for the doctor, Ali refuses to eat breakfast and even hugs her mama since she's so nervous about the appointment. It's rough seeing a little girl so tense, you know?
PHOTOS: Jenelle Evans' Best Bath Selfies
Jenelle Evans has a lot going on—first, she and Nathan find new lawyers in South Carolina to help them straighten out their legal situation. She finds out that her recent arrest for "breaching the peace" could be a violation of her probation in North Carolina, and she could get up to 13 months in jail (which means giving birth while incarcerated) if convicted. Meanwhile, she and Nathan are struggling financially, and Jenelle admits to Barbara that Nathan isn't the nice guy she thought he was. Bummer.
Jenelle's heartbreaking moment: After leaving a doctor's appointment, Nathan tells Jenelle that there's a 90 percent chance of them breaking up since they argue so much, and that it's not fair to bring a kid into that situation. She says it's too late to have an abortion at 12 weeks, and cries that he's so mean (which he is, in this situation). They eventually make up, but like, what person says that he wishes his baby was dead? #NotNormal
