Potomac's population is growing! Ashley Darby is expecting baby No. 2 with husband Michael Darby — just one year after becoming a new mom.
Ashley’s 14-month-old son Dean Michael — who is now going to be a big brother — broke the exciting news on Tuesday, September 8.
“Dean has an announcement to make,” The Real Housewives of Potomac star began. The screen then cut to the reality star and her man kissing and cradling her baby bump while the toddler — who sported a T-shirt that read, "I'm Gonna Be a Big Brother" — posed in front of the camera. “Baby D2 arriving February 2021,” the video continued.

“There’s no hiding this big belly anymore,” the Bravo personality captioned the Instagram post. “We are elated to share our news with you! To say we are thankful is an absolute understatement #RHOP.”

The soon-to-be mother of two recently posted a photo of the happy couple alongside baby Dean. “We sincerely appreciate the love you’ve shown us — it’s truly a blessing,” she wrote, thanking fans for the support after the big announcement.
Just one week earlier, Ashley told fans via Instagram that she was excited for what's to come. “Feeling so warm, happy and grateful,” Ashley wrote on September 1. “Dean and I say our prayers for the world every night, and we can just have faith that our prayers will be answered (Lo-fi filter used) #ashleydarby.”
The TV star gushed about the wonders of motherhood on Instagram in August when she posted a tribute to her firstborn son. “Becoming a mother to this beautiful human has been the most rewarding and humbling experience I could’ve ever imagined,” she wrote at the time.

Ashley married the 61-year-old real estate mogul in 2015, and they welcomed their first child together in July 2019 — a little more than a year after Ashley revealed she had suffered a miscarriage.
“Michael and I are in a much better place,” she said during a reunion episode of RHOP in 2018. “We are trying to have a family. I actually did conceive a week before my birthday and unfortunately, I had a miscarriage two weeks into the pregnancy.”
Luckily, everything worked out for the best. Welcome to the Potomac family, baby Darby! Can’t wait to see you in 2021.
