It’s over! After three years of marriage, Cardi B has filed for divorce from her husband, Offset. The rappers share one child, a two-year-old daughter named Kulture.

“Offset and Cardi both continue to put Kulture first through this troubling time,” a source close to the estranged couple told Us Weekly.

Hollywood Unlocked was the first to report the news, revealing that the divorce petition was filed on Tuesday, September 15, with the Fulton County Superior Court in Atlanta.

As of early 2017, the “WAP” rapper (real name Belcalis Almánzar) began dating the Migos member (real name Kiari Cepheus).

“It’s been a blessing, me meeting him and meeting his friends,” the 27-year-old told Fader of the Migos rapper at the time. “I see how hard they work. And that motivated me to work even harder.”

On October 27, 2017, the 28-year-old proposed to the New York native at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, during the Power 99 Powerhouse concert, although the two had already secretly married in their bedroom the month before.

In December 2018, the Love & Hip Hop: New York alum announced on Instagram that she and Offset had broken up, though the two later reunited. At the 2019 Grammy Awards, they proved they were back on when the Georgia native accompanied Cardi on the stage during her acceptance speech for Best Rap Album.

The pair’s divorce court hearing is now set for Wednesday, November 4.
