A year after tying the knot in Italy, a pal claims Heidi Klum is suddenly aching to have a baby with her husband, German musician Tom Kaulitz, 31.

"Yes, she’s 47, but she’s taken care of herself her whole adult life and has no reason to doubt it'll happen naturally. Of course, they’ll consider IVF too," says the friend. "They hope to be pregnant by the end of fall, at the latest."

According to the friend, the America's Got Talent judge had been on the fence about having another baby, since she’s already a mom of four.
