Nicole Poturalski’s husband, Roland Mary, was spotted out for the first time amid his wife’s new romance with Brad Pitt. According to photographs obtained by the Daily Mail, the 68-year-old businessman was sporting a green button-down shirt with blue jeans and white sneakers while he was wearing headphones in Berlin. Mary — who looked distressed — was going into his restaurant Borchadt, where Pitt, 56, and Poturalski, 27, met in August 2019.
Following Pitt’s romantic getaway with Poturalski — the two traveled to his French estate last week — news broke that the model is reportedly still married to Mary, whom she shares her 7-year-old son, Emil, with. The restaurateur and the brunette beauty are reportedly in an “open marriage,” a source told the outlet.
Despite the interesting situation, it seems like Mary doesn’t mind that Poturalski is off galavanting with the Ad Astra star. He told friends and family everything is “normal” between him and his wife. “There is no tension between Roland and Nicole,” a friend of the family told MailOnline. “Everything is fine.”
“Roland is a very philosophical guy,” a friend of his added. “He has been married several times and has five children. He is not interested in negativity of jealousy.”
The mom of one and the Golden Globe winner met at Mary’s restaurant in Berlin, an insider revealed. “When Brad was at Borchadt, she Nicole gave him her number with a wink,” a friend of the couple who was at the restaurant that night told MailOnline.

Pitt and Mary became friendly when he was in town filming the 2009 movie Inglorious Bastards. In August 2019, Pitt returned to Germany while promoting Once Upon a Time … in Hollywood and went back to the eatery. “Brad Pitt has been coming to Borchardt for years,” the source said. “He knows Roland, and Nicole was at the restaurant when he came to celebrate his new film.”

“Nicole travels a lot for her work as a fashion model and she connected with Brad Pitt while she was in L.A. for work,” the source added.
On August 26, the handsome hunk and Poturalski were spotted in France, where they acted like “loved up teenagers,” a source exclusively told OK!. “They were kissing and Brad was being super attentive to her. He was in a semi public place but didn’t seem to mind people seeing him. She’s a real beauty and obviously a lot younger than him.”

Pitt flew into Paris from LAX, while Poturalski “was already in Paris, waiting in the Air France lounge for Brad when he flew in from LAX,” an insider explained of their meeting plans.
Even though Pitt and Poturalski were just spotted together, it was revealed that the pair were seen hanging out at a Kanye West concert in November 2019.
