Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are still fighting over who gets to keep their $67 million French Château in their nasty divorce, which makes the fact that the actor is currently at the property with his new girlfriend, Nicole Poturalski, even more outrageous to Jolie.
“If Brad wants a weekend of sex with his new fling, get a cheap motel like everyone else does. It is outrageous that he has taken her to the family home for a dirty weekend. This is the place where Brad and Angie got married and raised their kids, he couldn’t find somewhere else to hook up with his latest squeeze?” friends of Jolie asked OK! “Their Côtes de Provence estate is stuck in custody limbo because the place is very special for both of them and neither wants to give it to the other.”
The Château is a working vineyard and busier than ever. A new top-of-the-line new cellar was added last, along with a new rosé cuvée, and next they are going to produce champagne. “This place was meant to be for the kids future, not as Brad’s personal love nest. Angie is livid and this makes her want to fight even harder in October when the two of them next see a judge,” added a pal.
On August 26, the handsome hunk, 56, was spotted with his new lady in France. The pair acted like “loved up teenagers,” a source exclusively told OK!. “They were kissing and Brad was being super attentive to her. He was in a semi public place but didn’t seem to mind people seeing him. She’s a real beauty and obviously a lot younger than him.”
The Ad Astra star flew into Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris from LAX and then flew private to Le Castellet Airport, which is 30 miles from his home in Château Miraval. The model, 27, “was already in Paris, waiting in the Air France lounge for Brad when he flew in from LAX,” the insider explained.
Pitt and Jolie, 45, still own the Château, which they bought in 2008. In 2016, the A-listers — who share six kids Maddox, 19, Pax, 16, Zahara, 15, Shiloh, 14, and 12-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox — called it quits after 12 years together.
However, Pitt and Jolie have yet to finalize their divorce. According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, the mom of six filed a request to remove Judge John W. Ouderkirk from their divorce case since Jolie claims it is a conflict of interest due to his close relationship with Pitt’s legal team. The former couple hired Ouderkirk — who married them in 2014 — in 2017 to handle their divorce privately.
The actress claimed Ouderkirk “failed to make timely mandatory disclosures of ongoing business and professional relationships between himself” and Pitt’s attorneys. However, Pitt’s legal team slammed the accusations as “a thinly-veiled attempt by Jolie to delay the adjudication of long-pending custody issues in this case.”
“Unfortunately, the individuals hurt most by Jolie’s transparently tactical gambit are the parties’ own children, who continue to be deprived of a final resolution to these custody issues,” the documents read.
The Maleficent star “is dragging this out because there is a part of her that won’t accept the findings of an independent investigation into the incident,” a source exclusively told OK!, referring to when Pitt allegedly “attacked” his son Maddox on a flight home from Nice, France.
“Brad has skeletons in his closet,” the insider added. “This is all about image for her. She cannot accept that Brad has been welcomed back into Hollywood without consequence for what happened on the plane.”
