Palm Tree Music Festival is a single-day, one-of-a-kind, intimate festival experience — curated by Norwegian DJ Kygo and his manager, Myles Shear — capturing the unmatched feeling of summer in paradise.
The must-see festival will be packed with sets from a lineup of globally-known artists including Frank Walker, Forester, Gryffin (DJ Set), Zedd and Kygo. "I knew it was time to bring something even bigger to my fans," Kygo quoted discussing Palm Tree Music Festival. "I can’t wait for everyone to be a part of this amazing experience."
This unforgettable summertime show will take place on Sunday, August 29, — with doors opening at 3 pm and curfew at 10:30 pm — at the Francis S. Gabreski Airport in Westhampton Beach as the perfect end to summer before the long holiday weekend. And great news, tickets are now on sale (shop below)!
But that's not all — according to the Palm Tree Music Festival press release, "The festival will also serve to commemorate the 20th Anniversary of 9/11 with a portion of proceeds from all ticket sales being donated to charitable organizations supporting work related to 9/11."
The Palm Tree Music Festival comes at a perfect time after a long and trying year of quarantine and closed businesses. The intent of the festival is not only to provide music-lovers with an incredible show and experience, but to also welcome a reunion for local businesses and the Hamptons community after a prolonged period of limited social activities and gatherings due to COVID-19.
Palm Tree Music Festival is brought to you by Palm Tree Crew — launched by Kygo and his manager, Shear, in 2018. Palm Tree Crew's mission is to bring happiness, connection and life-changing experiences to everyone, 365 days a year.
The festival will provide a glimpse into the Palm Tree Crew's lifestyle, made up of touring and performing at different venues and festivals around the world. "Palm Tree Crew was built in order to create game-changing business ventures with our close friends and the best in the business," explained Co-Founder Myles Shear. "I’m excited to bring the Palm Tree Crew family together and invite our fans to join us to kick off Palm Tree Crew Music Festival in the Hamptons."
Palm Tree Crew has worked alongside county officials to ensure the safety of those that will attend the festival, as well as those located in the surrounding Hamptons community, by ensuring COVID-19 policies are in accordance with the requirements of the State of New York. Everyone in attendance must show proof of a vaccination card and/or a negative PCR test acquired within 72 hours of the festival.
