Kim Kardashian has admitted she's struggling to keep her confidence as her pregnancy progresses
Kardashian, who is expecting her first child with baby daddy Kanye West, admitted she's struggling to keep her confidence as her baby bump blooms, and that she has resorted to wearing "anything that fits."
"This is how I have always dressed, and right now I'm wearing anything that fits," Kim said.
"Kourtney warned me that when I got pregnant, people's opinions would be on an all-time high and people would chime in. Now I see what she means!"

When asked if she feels confident with her fuller figured pregnancy body, Kardashian admitted, "No."
She also said she's been forced to give up her favorite high heels as her feet have become "too wide and swollen" to wear them anymore.
"My doctor has told me to elevate my feet - I just ordered a pair of pointy-toed flats," Kim shared.

"My Christian Louboutin five-inch heels hardly fit me any more," Kardashian said.
"When I flew in them the other day, I landed with one strap unbuckled, as I couldn't get it around my ankle."
Kim has been to subject of a plethora of tabloid front covers lambasting her over her pregnancy weight gain, with some estimating she has gained over 65 pounds already and that she was "terrified" she would never regain her pre-baby body.

However, the mom-to-be certainly doesn't seem overly concerned about her burgeoning body—or at least she doesn't publicly.
"I have the rest of my life to be skinny and to lose the weight," Kim said on the Tonight Show last month.
"I'm really not worried about it."
Kim's baby is due in July, multiple reports say she is expecting a little girl.
