Aaron Eckhart Breaks Arm, Says "It's Great for the Movie Though!"

Talk about getting into character! In his next film, Battle: Los Angeles, Aaron Eckhart threw himself into the character and got burned as a result. Literally! As a fireball went up, he told the cameraman he was going to grab it! Well, he slipped and broke his arm as a result. Find out more after the jump!

According to The Huffington Post, on George Lopez Tonight, he recalled a beautiful fireball going up. "And I wanted to do a Michael Jordan through the fireball... and so I say to the cameraman, I'm gonna do this, you catch me like this..."

Well, it didn't exactly worked out as planned. Aaron continued, "I went, slipped, fell seven feet onto my head and my arm just goes crack. And I had to pick up this big thing, this heavy thing, and my arm's broken, and I'm sitting there, burning... It's great for the movie though!"

Battle: Los Angeles opens in theaters nationwide tomorrow.
