Bobby Brown was arrested in L.A. early this morning on a suspicion of a DUI. Area cops pulled the singer over and smelled alcohol, and after failing a sobriety test was booked at a Van Nuys jail.
The ex-husband of the late Whitney Houston was catapulted under the microscope once again when he scored a DUI in March, a month after her untimely passing. After a quick stay in rehab that month, he completed a second stay, this time court-ordered, in August.

While he claims to be off narcotics completely, he's unapologetic about drinking alcohol.

"I'm living the life that I want to live. (The doubters) can doubt all they want," he told Matt Lauer during an interview this May on the Today show.
