Brooke Mueller, the wife of Two and a Half Men actor Charlie Sheen, has checked herself into rehab for substance abuse, TMZ has confirmed.

Last Tuesday, the day after Charlie was charged with felony menacing and misdemeanor assault for allegedly attacking Brooke on Dec. 25 in Aspen, Colo., Brooke checked into The Canyon rehab facility in Malibu, Calif., TMZ reports.
